Uny Floors is part of UNY GROUP BV, a Belgian company that has been serving the flooring industry since 2003. The group sources carpet and vinyl floors from Europe, as well as LVT and SPC from established manufacturers in China.
In 2021, the group established lines using the latest technology for the production of SPC, LVT, loose lay, rigid wall and digital printing in Yixing, China. It is now a leading manufacturer with a capacity of 4,600,000m² per month.
Our China Factory, Youni (Yixing) New Material Co. Ltd, was established in 2021 and is wholly-owned by Uny Group Bv. Uny Group Bv has financial strength and has been operating for more than 20 years. Its headquarters are located in Belgium. The factory covers an area of 60,000m² in Yixing (China) and has a total team of over 430 people. The production capacity can reach 4.6million square meters per month and its products are distributed around the world: Germany, England, Benelux, The United states, Canada, the Netherlands, Türkiye and Australia.
The backbone of our factory is multiple personnel with years of experience and exquisite skills. It has an established and comprehensive production management and quality assurance system. The factory is home to advanced production equipment, including 15 floor production lines, eight slotting lines, six trimming lines, and six UV coating lines. These machines produce SPC, LVT & loose lay floors with the newest technologies and industry-leading digital printing.
We’re building a state-of-the art LVT manufacturing plant in Dottignies, Belgium with an annual capacity of 48,000,000m². The factory will be equipped to deliver private label LVT, SPC, loose lay, rigid walls and digital printing of the highest quality with the newest technology:
